Pilot terms for businesses

Who it’s for

Otsepay is sold to businesses only, not to consumers, so the consumer right of withdrawal doesn’t apply.

The service

Otsepay, run by Drifly Solutions OÜ, is software for creating payment requests and seeing when they are paid. Payments are started and processed by Montonio under your own agreement with Montonio. Otsepay never holds your money.

Delivery

Otsepay is a digital service. You can use it as soon as you confirm your email. Nothing is shipped.

The pilot and the price

The pilot is free for 8 weeks from the day you start taking payments. After that, Otsepay costs €29 a month plus VAT. We confirm the price in writing before the pilot ends, and you decide whether to continue. Montonio charges its own fees for card payments your customers make.

Billing

After the pilot, we bill monthly in advance. You can pay by bank payment (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank or Citadele) or by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. These payments are processed by Montonio.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time by emailing kontakt@driflysolutions.com. Nothing is charged during the pilot. After it, you keep Otsepay until the end of the month you’ve paid for; a month that has started isn’t refunded. If we stop the service, we refund any month you paid for in advance but couldn’t use.

Your part

Use Otsepay only for lawful goods and services, charge the right amounts, and keep the email you sign in with secure.

You are responsible for your sales, refunds and customer complaints, and for following Montonio’s terms.

Refunds to your customers

During the pilot, refunds of your customers’ payments are marked in Otsepay and handled with you and Montonio by hand.

Pilot software

Otsepay is new and will change during the pilot. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can’t promise it will always be. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Ending

When you cancel, we close your account and delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.

Law

Estonian law applies to these terms.
